In this course I will teach you what a journal is.  I will discuss why journaling is important and how to do your journaling.  After an introduction we will have daily messages that teach you a topic to consider.  All topics are healing and positive in nature.  There will be 21 days of these messages to process and reflect on in your journal.  The course uses a cognitive approach to learn new ways of thinking.
