A set of dumbbells and a chair are required. A bench is desirable, but not 100% necessary.
Description
In this, train at home, beginner course, I will provide an armoury of exercises and a means to use them effectively. I’ve been training for over 30 years. Trust me. This works.
By the end of this course, you will know which exercises for which body part. You will understand how a training program is formed and its key elements. You will be able to sculpt a cost effective, beautiful body, from the comforts of your own home.
If you get to the end of this course and there is something else that you wish to know: I will create a video and answer all of your questions. I am here to help you.
